Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of professional consulting services, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Cancellations are subject to the terms defined in the applicable service agreement. Clients may terminate engagements according to the notice periods and conditions specified in their service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nexonix and is protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables and work product will be addressed in individual service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
